I have 21+ years of professional experience in executive search and direct recruitment, talent acquisition, search, sourcing, and attracting top talents within the IT business domain.

About Me

I was born in Bulgaria, and after finishing my Bachelor’s Studies in HR Management, I moved to Switzerland to pursue my Master’s Degree.
Today, I have a Master’s Degree in HR Management and an MBE Diplom (Master of Business Economics), both from the University of Basel.
I have lived in Switzerland since 2007 and obtained Swiss citizenship.

During my Bachelor’s studies, I got my first touch with the recruitment business and the executive search, and I loved it so much that I work in this domain till today, already more than 21 years.

I helped a lot of companies of any size to scale their teams and open new departments, their tech hubs, and branches in different countries.
While filling hard-to-fill positions, I met so many interesting people, companies, products, and services, and discovered new markets.
